IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS
IEEE and IEEE Communications Society Policies and Proceedures

 

AUTHORS OF TECHNICAL PAPERS

To be published in the IEEE WCNC 2015 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full or limited (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event who is qualified both to present and answer questions.  Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.  For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers.  Accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore®.

Main Conference Authors must register by  1 February 2016 February 09, 2016
 

WORKSHOP AUTHORS

To be published in the IEEE WCNC 2015 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the workshop that their paper is in.  at the appropriate rat listed below.  The paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the workshop unless the IEEE WCNC TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event who is qualified both to present and answer questions.  Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.  For authors with multiple accepted papers, one workshop registration is valid for up to 3 papers.  Accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore®.  If you also have a paper in the main confernce you must register for both the conference and the workshop.

Limited and Special Registration Includes: Access to all IEEE WCNC sessions Monday - Wednesday, Complimentary Access to Sunday Tutorials, Lunch Monday – Wednesday, Welcome Reception, electronic download of the proceedings.
  
One Day Registration:  Access to all IEEE WCNC sessions on the day selected, electronic download of the proceedings.
 
Tutorial or Workshop Only: Access to the sessions registered for and electronic download of the tutorial notes or workshop proceedings.
 
Transfer Policy: All requests for registration transfers must be submitted received by Friday 11 March 2016. After 11 March, there will be a US $100 transfer fee imposed and possible additional fees depending upon the new registrant's membership status for each request.

Cancellation Policy:  All refund/cancellation requests must be submitted by6 March 2016 Cancellations will incur a US$100 administrative fee. No refunds can be provided after this date. Please submit cancellation requests via email to WCNCreg@ieee.org.
