Guidelines for Workshop Final Paper Submission

Final versions of accepted papers must be uploaded to EDAS for inclusion in the conference proceedings and to be submitted to IEEE Xplore®.

Deadline: February 01, 2016 February 09, 2016

These instructions are for papers in the Workshops. If you have a paper in the Technical Program  please use the instructions here

IEEE and IEEE Communications Society Policies

To ensure appropriate consideration of conflicts of interest during the review process, the ComSoc prohibits changes to the list of authors once a paper has been submitted for review during review, revision, or (if accepted) final publication.

To be published in the IEEE WCNC 2016 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the workshop that their paper is in and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the Conference TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one workshop registration is valid for up to 3 papers in the same workshop. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore®.

Revise your Paper

Please read the reviews of your paper and follow the reviewers' recommendations for revising it and preparing the final version. When you are done with the revision, please print out your paper and carefully proof read it. Review formatting requirements can be found at:

IEEE PDF eXpress

Use IEEE PDF eXpress to check if your paper is Xplore compatible

PDF eXpress instructions can be found here

The PDF eXpress website can be found at http://www.pdf-express.org, and the conference ID for WCNC 2016 Workshops  is 38175X.

Register for the Conference

To be published in the IEEE WCNC 2016 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the workshop that their paper is in before submitting the final paper. For multiple paper presentations in the same workshop, one author registration is valid for up to three papers. The paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event who is qualified both to present and answer questions (See full author policy above).

Note: As a workshop author you do not need an author registration for the main conference unless you also have papers in the technical program.  If you plan on attending the main conference (Monday - Wednesday) you will need to register as an attendee.

For conference registration, please go to the Registration page  http://wcnc2016.ieee-wcnc.org/registration  and follow the instructions. After completing your registration, you will receive an email with your paper upload number. Write this number down, you will need to use it to upload your paper into EDAS.

Submit your Paper

Your final paper must be submitted no later than February 01, 2016 February 09, 2016 in order to be included in the conference proceedings.
